27th June 2021I just wanted to email to personally thank you for the trailer movements that you’ve helped us with for Download. I appreciate that there are always changes to the plans and things that come up that make it more complicated than it seems. The team have mentioned that the event went very smoothly and I know part of that will be the way you were able to turn around the trailer movements so quickly.
Gemma has fed back that yourself and Frank were very patient, efficient and a great pleasure to be around at the weekend – so thanks again for giving that lasting impression
